As the receptionist, you will give the first impression of CAI by answering incoming telephone calls and greeting visitors. Working closely with all departments, our receptionist plays a critical part in the overall success and efficiency of the agency. In this role you will get to experience a little of everything CAI has to offer, putting you in an ideal position for future opportunity!
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Control entry access and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Accept, distribute, and prepare outgoing deliveries, mail, and faxes
- Print and prepare presentations or materials for delivery, including proposals, welcome packets, or internal meetings
- Maintain and update the agency calendar
- Monitor and respond to website inquiries and service requests
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Assist with internal agency projects and provide general clerical support to various departments
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front office, conference rooms, and kitchen
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work respectfully with internal team members, clients and guests
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of office experience preferred
