Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations efficiently to optimize seating flow
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food or utensils as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables
- Support food handling procedures by following safety guidelines and assisting with basic food service tasks when required
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating arrangements and guest needs
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing attentive, friendly service that enhances the guest experience
Skills
