As an Operations Specialist, you'll be the support system for our restaurant teams - coaching crews, reinforcing brand standards, and driving food safety excellence across your assigned restaurants. You'll report to the Director of Training, building operational consistency through daily visits and hands-on support.

What You'll Do
Operations Support
-
Visit assigned restaurants daily based on operational priorities
-
Coach teams on speed of service, cleanliness, and guest experience
Food SafetyBrand Standards
-
Conduct food safety and operational observations during every visit
-
Identify and correct concerns on the spot
SystemsTraining
-
Verify restaurants are using operational systems and training tools correctly
-
Retrain teams when standards drift
Team Coaching
-
Coach shoulder-to-shoulder with RGMs, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
-
Reinforce daily routines and support new launch readiness
Reporting
-
Submit daily visit recaps to the Director of Training
-
Track operational improvement across your markets
What We're Looking For
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
-
High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
-
A positive, professional attitude with guests and teammates
-
Commitment to guest service excellence
-
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
-
Willingness to learn and jump in wherever needed

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
