Join a dynamic team as an Assembly Technician 2, where you will be responsible for assembling production line valves and wellhead equipment. In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety and company policies while operating and maintaining tools and equipment. Collaborating closely with your team, you will conduct pressure and function testing while completing essential quality documentation, all within a supportive environment that emphasizes safety and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble production line valves and wellhead equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment necessary for assembly tasks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct pressure and function testing of assembled products to ensure they meet engineering specifications.
- Complete quality documentation accurately to maintain standards and traceability throughout the assembly process.
- Assist in inventory checks and support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as an Assembler Level I or 1 year of experience in Wellhead ATP is necessary.
- Knowledge of API, ISO, and QPC standards along with engineering and material specifications is essential.
- Ability to operate a forklift in compliance with HSE-CS-128 is required.
- Experience in assembly and disassembly of objects, including handling and lifting components up to 50 lbs safely.
