Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals and snacks to patients and residents
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
Assist with food preparation, such as washing and peeling fruits and vegetables, and setting up trays
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and disposal procedures are followed
Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement menus and meal schedules
Monitor patient food allergies and special dietary needs, and take necessary precautions
