The Carrier Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all carrier onboarding, compliance, and carrier network management activities within the truckload division. This role ensures that all carriers—both newly onboarded and existing—meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. In addition, the Carrier Compliance Manager plays a key role in shipment visibility through tracking and tracing, strategically expanding and strengthening the carrier network, and coordination with various compliance platforms, including Carrier411, RMIS, and others to ensure minimum standards are being upheld.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
