Staff Accountant - Public -- Immediate Opening
We are an established CPA Firm looking for an Accountant to provide Accounting, Payroll, and Income Tax Services to our business clients. A working knowledge of GAAP / Small Business Accounting, and recent Income Tax Preparation experience are a plus. Recent internship or experience in Public Accounting is an additional plus; however, new graduates are also welcome to apply.
Preparation of Individual Income Tax returns will be required from time to time, as this candidate will need to assist in this process during the tax filing season.
For those highly qualified, this could be a Full-Time (Dec 1 to May 31 / Part-time (June 1 to Nov 30) work arrangement.
No out of town travel is involved with this position, and both paid vacation and health insurance benefits are provided in the first year of employment. Other benefits and work schedule modification such as telecommuting are options as well.
