We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in the Spokane, Spokane Valley, and South Hill areas. In this vital role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, those with disabilities, or individuals requiring specialized care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support clients with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer techniques, including heavy lifting when required
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and updates to care plans
- Ensure a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and sanitation
- Take clients to Dr visits and appointments, and short errands for groceries (Reimbursement programs)
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's License and Valid Insurance (We will automatically reject applicant's without them)
- Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in condition
- Physical ability to perform tasks for client i.e laundry, cooking, housekeeping.
- Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams (Your first language could be preferred for some clients or pair you with a preference)
- Must be able to pass WA state background check
- Must have a Security Card or Work Authorization (Active)

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
