Member Duties : The AmeriCorps VISTA member will strengthen Bridger Elementary's capacity to support students and families experiencing poverty-related barriers by developing sustainable systems, tools, and resources for staff. The member will refine internal workflows, staff guides, and evaluation tools for the School Within a School (ISS) program. The member will create a reusable Thanksgiving food drive toolkit, including planning timelines, partner outreach templates, volunteer role descriptions, and tracking tools. The member will develop student leadership models, activity guides, and evaluation resources for staff use. The member will also create a structured recess framework with activity resources, safety protocols, training materials, and assessment tools, and develop attendance intervention workflows, communication templates, referral protocols, and data tracking tools to support long-term student engagement and organizational capacity.
