**Our Ideal Candidate:**
- Is eager to learn and is comfortable around hand tools and light equipment.
- Has a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance – no exceptions.
- Thrives in an outdoor work environment and can comfortably work from ladders (up to 15 ft).
- Can frequently lift weights of 50+ lbs and is good at managing time independently.
- Is professional, a problem-solver, and takes direction well.
- Maintains a positive attitude and enjoys a dynamic, task-driven environment.
- Previous experience in the sign industry is a plus but not required!
