We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Sitework Laborer for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity in the Newington, NH area. This position offers steady work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow your skills within the construction industry.
- Assist with site preparation, clearing, and excavation work

Support underground utility installation, pipe work, and drainage systems

Perform general sitework duties including trenching, grading, and material handling

Operate plate compactors and basic construction tools

Assist with foundation preparation and site development

Load, unload, and move construction materials as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Follow all safety procedures and jobsite requirements
- Previous construction, excavation, or sitework experience preferred

Experience with underground utilities, pipe laying, or dirt work is a plus

Heavy equipment experience is beneficial but not required

Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to travel within approximately 45–60 minutes of Newington, NH
