We're looking for an Exercise Assistant & Patient Coordinator who is energetic, organized, compassionate, and ready to jump in wherever needed. This is not a sit-at-a-desk-all-day position. We're seeking a go-getter who enjoys multitasking, thinking on their feet, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you'll help create an outstanding patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.
Patient Care & Rehab Support
- Assist patients through their prescribed rehabilitation programs.
- Guide patients through exercises and therapy modalities according to provider treatment plans.
- Monitor treatment times and accurately document activities.
- Ensure patients feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged throughout their visits.
Patient Experience
- Greet every patient with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.
- Create a "WOW" experience that leaves patients feeling valued and cared for.
- Direct patients efficiently throughout the facility.
Administrative Support
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls with confidence, professionalism, and positivity.
- Scan, upload, and organize patient information within our software systems.
- Assist with new patient paperwork and financial arrangements.
- Track key performance indicators and reports using Excel.
- Support marketing initiatives and patient outreach efforts.
Team Support
- Float between departments to assist where needed.
- Step in proactively when teammates need help.
- Contribute to a positive, solution-focused workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable learning software and technology systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Previous healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, chiropractic, wellness, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
