Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Window & Door Outside Sales Representative to join our RoMac Home Services team. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new customer relationships within our service area. Your expertise in sales, and product knowledge will help us deliver outstanding solutions to in-home residential clients.
Duties
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within your territory
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing tailored product recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase window and door solutions that meet client needs
- Accurately measure for replacement windows and doors
- Close business consistently to achieve monthly sales objectives
- Utilize CRM software such as ServiceTitan to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, environments such as construction or retail sales
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervison
- Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and customer relationship management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct product demos and presentations confidently
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and upselling techniques
- Must be results-orientated and able to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Pay: Commission Based
Pay: $52,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
