We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including the maintenance and repair of equipment and appliances. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and are eager to develop their mechanical and HVAC skills.
Duties:
- Perform air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, Crawlspace Encapsulations and other services-using specialized equipment and tools.
- Manage a team to complete jobs efficiently and to the highest standards
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in air duct cleaning or a related field- not required but an advantage
