Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble and finish garments according to specifications
- Follow detailed sewing instructions and patterns to ensure accurate garment construction
- Perform garment repairs and alterations as needed to meet quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring consistency and quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Assist with inventory management of sewing supplies and materials
Qualifications
- Experience in garment construction or sewing is highly preferred
- Proficiency with sewing machines and basic sewing techniques
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to apparel production
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
