We are seeking a part-time Sales & Front Desk Associate for an on-site role located in our Club Pilates East Mckinney Studio.
POSITION:
You are the Ambassador of our studio! Responsibilities include providing superior customer service to members, membership & retail sales, and studio operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and professional experience for all members, guests, and colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospective and existing members via Phone, In Person, Text, & Email.

Possess a proactive and service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.

Basic computer skills, we use Club Ready & Google Workspace.

Must have excellent public speaking skills (small groups, 12 or less).

Ability to learn and follow specific sales and communication protocols.

Must maintain a professional polished appearance and follow the recommended Dress Code (Athleisure).

Availability to work varied in studio shifts (7 days a week, 8am-9pm, part time).

Ability to stand, sit, or bend & lift up to 25 lbs throughout the workday as needed.

Willingness and ability to complete daily cleaning tasks.

Ability and willingness to participate in full body Reformer based Pilates workout classes.
