Administrator I , II, and III (HR & Administrative Support)
Job Type: Full-time / Contract
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 40+ hours per week (weekends and holidays as needed)
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator I, II, and III to provide both administrative and human resources support to executive leadership. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in HR, Psychology, or Social Work who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Administrator will support daily office operations while assisting with key HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls/ greet and assist visitors
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and communications
- Perform general clerical and data entry tasks
- Support executive leadership with daily operations
- Maintain a professional and positive office environment
- Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Support employee relations and workplace communication
- Help coordinate training and development initiatives
- Maintain HR databases and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with policy implementation and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Required)
- 3–5 years of administrative and/or HR experience (Preferred)
- 25 or older Candidates with a mature, professional background and prior experience in administrative or HR roles (Preferred)
- Experience with HR functions is a strong plus
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week
- Availability for occasional weekends and holidays
- Must be dependable and responsive in a fast-paced environment
- Canva experience (1 year required)
