In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by preparing and serving high-quality coffee, food, and beverages while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, experinece in following a recipe. You will learn the recipes and recreate our simple menu. Tips included. BEST WAY to get hired if interested, just show up to 2225 S.E. Ocean Blvd. "Old Havan Cafe" anytime between 7 and 3pm.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly if needed. Learn the recipes and recreate them.
- Prepare and serve a variety of sandwiches with precision and care
- A plus if you operate the Clover POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards
- Manage order flow efficiently by prioritizing tasks using effective time management skills during busy periods
- Follow food handling procedures diligently to ensure safety and quality in all food service activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience prepping food or some sort of cooking experience. Everything will be taught to you.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills needed for fat paced cafe.
