Here are the details:
- Location(s): Remote: Based on a candidate’s location, this position can also be offered as a full-time work from home opportunity.
- Schedule: As a Sales Executive, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST.
- Salary: This is a salaried position that starts at $40,000/annually + uncapped commission. Salary is based on expereince, and wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay!

A day in the life of a Sales Executive:
- Highly motivated to achieve and exceed Sales goals
- Work in a fast-paced environment to drive revenue growth for the company
- Maintain high outbound call volume to potential Clients to understand their staffing needs and discuss our staffing services agreement
- Manage and track a strong pipeline of prospective Clients
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Stay current with competition in the marketplace
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- One year of sales experience required
- One year of healthcare staffing industry experience preferred
- Phone sales experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, teamwork and relationship skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Home internet capabilities must be minimum of 25mb download & 5mb upload
