Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Bartenders to play a key role in launching and operating Goodwood Tavern. This is a hands-on position for a hospitality professional with strong experience in bartending and craft cocktails.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Opening
- Collaborate with owners and general manager on cocktail menu development and presentation.
- Help establish and maintain bar workflows and service standards.
Opening
- Assist with daily front-of-house operation and service
- Help manage inventory to maintain efficiency and profitability
Guest Experience
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and energetic atmosphere for guests
- Ensure consistently high-quality food, beverages, and service
- Make outstanding customer service the foundation of the business
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an upscale restaurant, tavern, or bar serving craft cocktails.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-work skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
