The Learning Experience in Lake Mary is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant Teacher to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for infants
- Plan fun, age-appropriate activities that support early development
- Follow individual feeding, diapering, and nap routines
- Encourage social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Communicate with families about their child’s day and milestones
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work as part of a supportive teaching team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous infant/childcare experience
- CPR & First Aid certification preferred
- A genuine love for working with infants
- Patient, reliable, and caring personality
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with children, families, and coworkers
