Duties
- Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles within the dealership lot, ensuring proper placement and security.
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and efficient guest services.
- Maintain a clean and organized lot area, including outdoor work environments, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage or irregularities during movement or parking.
- Support delivery drivers by facilitating vehicle transfers and assisting with loading or unloading as needed.
- Handle basic cashiering tasks such as cash handling and retail math during customer transactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status, lot organization, and guest needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guest needs effectively.
- Experience in retail math, cashiering, or cash handling is advantageous.
- Demonstrated reliability with a focus on safety, organization, and teamwork.
