We are currently hiring CNC Operators in Orlando, FL for on-going projects. Pay is $25- $28 per hour based on experience and skill set. As a CNC Operator you are responsible for operating CNC machinery used in large-scale custom fabrication projects. OSHA 10 required - training can be provided for qualified candidates.
CNC Operator Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC routers and/or CNC milling equipment to produce precision parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work orders.

Load materials and verify proper machine setup before production.

Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.

Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and routine preventative maintenance.

Maintain production schedules while meeting quality standards.

Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, mold makers, carpenters, and production staff.

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
CNC Operator Qualifications

Previous experience operating CNC routers, mills, lathes, or similar CNC equipment

Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and measurement tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Excellent attention to detail and quality

Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment

Experience in scenic fabrication, custom fabrication, cabinetry, architectural millwork, or themed entertainment is a plus
