Responsibilities:-
Oversee and maintain the client database and CRM to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records

Manage recurring client touchpoints and referral mailouts

Coordinate client appreciation events throughout the year

Serve as the primary liaison between the team and our social media company

Execute all administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism

Collaborate effectively with vendors, team members, and market center staff to support seamless daily operations
