Job Overview
We are a thriving and growing, one owner dentist, patient-centered dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care with honesty, friendliness, and high-quality results. With state-of-the-art technology including an air polisher, laser with subgingival tips, and the iTero Lumina scanner, we strive to create the best experience for our patients and team members alike.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings, exams, periodontal care, and patient education.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to enhance their dental health.
- One column only with 90 minutes for new patients and 60 minutes for recalls/PM.
- Assistance with perio charting.
Skills
- Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology is a plus.
