The Program Administrator for the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Program provides comprehensive leadership and oversight for all components of the Ohio Department of Health (ODH)-approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP). The Administrator is responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards, managing faculty and staff, guiding curriculum development, and upholding instructional quality.
This role emphasizes student success through the strategic coordination of clinical experiences, accurate data reporting, and implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives to sustain program excellence and accreditation. The Program Administrator will oversee both the credit and professional credit tracks of the CNA Program and will collaborate with the Workforce Program Manager on scheduling and enrollment for professional credit students.
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00 pm
Evenings and weekends, as needed.
