Overview
We are seeking an organized and friendly customer focused service coordinator to join our team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating technician schedules to ensure efficent service operations.
Responsibilities include helping assist customers with setting up service calls, parts inquires and sales, managing inventory, ordering parts and providing administrative support to technicians. The Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast past environment
- Manage customer accounts
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every interaction is positive
