We're seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at Easton Commons, a thriving 498-unit apartment community in Easton, PA. What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance issues.
- Complete service requests independently while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain the community's appearance, safety, and functionality to company standards.
- Communicate professionally with residents and team members while contributing to an inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $21.00–$23.00 per hour
- Up to 50% Rent Discount

What We're Looking For:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
- Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- HVAC/EPA Certification highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
