Pinnacle CPA & Advisors, PLC is a concierge CPA firm looking for a motivated and experienced Public Accountant to join our team of dedicated client service professionals. This firm provides premier tax and advisory services to entrepreneurs and high-net worth families. Their mission is to help entrepreneurs and their families achieve success through planning and accountability.
The successful candidate will have experience in public accounting, possess a CPA license, and enjoy working closely with personal and business clients to maintain their accounting and tax records.
Responsibilities:
- Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Develop proficiency with the organization's software programs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Accounting engagements:
- Maintain monthly general ledgers for multiple clients.
- Perform reconciliations and booking as needed.
- Research and correct account discrepancies.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Assist with or maintain a required and timely closings.
- Assist with financial reporting
Tax engagements:
- Gather data required to prepare tax returns.
- Prepare workpapers and supporting information.
- Prepare all corporate and individual tax returns efficiently and completely.
- Assist with tax advisory services
Qualifications and skills:
- CPA License
- Strong analytic abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Establish and maintain effective client and team relationships
- Ownership and pride in work product
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with accounting and tax related software programs such as QuickBooks and Thomson Reuters products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
