- Supervise office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Support clerical staff with tasks such as typing correspondence, organizing files, and managing mail distribution.
- Assist with special projects related to office management or administrative support as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client and staff interactions.
