We are seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Front Desk Sales / Marketing professional to join our medical practice. This role is vital in creating an exceptional first impression while actively converting consultations into booked treatment plans. This is not a traditional receptionist position — this is a revenue-impacting role for someone who thrives in sales and understands the pace of a medical environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong medical office experience, proven sales ability, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming and high-energy environment
Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Confidently present and sell treatment plans, packages, and financing options
Convert consultations into booked services through effective communication and objection handling
Follow up consistently with prospective clients to nurture and close leads
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, sales activities, and payments
Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and referral generation efforts
Collaborate with team members to increase patient engagement and meet monthly revenue goals
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience required (medical, aesthetic, chiropractic, or healthcare strongly preferred)
Prior experience working in a medical office setting required
Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet performance goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems, EMR/CRM software, and Microsoft Office
High energy, self-motivated, and driven to contribute to practice growth
