Job Title: Apple Premier Partner Sales Specialist (Authorized Reseller and Service Provider)
Job Description:
As a Sales Specialist at an Apple Premier Partner store, you will be integral in representing the Apple brand and ensuring customers receive top-notch service. Your mission is to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences, while aiding customers in finding the perfect Apple products and services to meet their needs. This role is unique, as it combines retail responsibilities with a technical understanding, especially for those interested in the hardware aspect of technology.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their technology needs, providing expert advice on the full range of Apple products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify future sales opportunities; follow up as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and promotions, as well as general trends in technology, with a particular focus on hardware.
- Conduct demonstrations, explaining Apple products and services to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets and goals.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the POS system.
- Engage in continuous learning through training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and understanding of Apple hardware.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment.
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance, with an understanding of Apple hardware components.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and Apple authorized service providers for hardware-related issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in technology or sales are a plus.
- Previous sales experience, especially in technology or consumer electronics, is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for Apple products and a keen interest in their technical aspects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting; more in-depth knowledge is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic retail operations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Pay Range: $14-$16hr + Commissions

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
