Administrative Assistant – Human Resources (Bilingual)
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This position assists with onboarding, employee records, recruiting, scheduling, benefits administration, and general office support while helping ensure HR processes are organized, accurate, and compliant.
This position is based at the Corporate Headquarters and requires regular travel to company store locations. The Administrative Assistant will split their time between performing administrative duties at the corporate office and providing on-site HR support to employees and managers at stores throughout South Florida, including Lake Worth/Greenacres, Jupiter, Tamarac, and other company locations as needed.
Essential Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation.
- Process employment documents, including I-9 and E-Verify.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
- Process employment status changes and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist employees with routine HR, payroll, and benefits questions.
- Prepare employment verification letters and other HR documents.
Recruitment Support
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with the hiring process.
- Support recruiting events and other talent acquisition activities.
Administrative Support
- Enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS.
- Prepare reports and maintain department records.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate HR communications.
- Organize HR documentation and ensure proper record retention.
- Assist with special projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Field Support
- Travel to company store locations as needed to assist employees and managers with HR-related matters.
- Split work time between the Corporate Headquarters and store locations to provide administrative and operational HR support.
- Build positive working relationships with store management and employees while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of administrative or Human Resources support experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Work Environment & Travel Requirements
- This position is based at the Corporate Headquarters.
- Regular travel to company locations throughout South Florida is required.
- The employee will split time between office-based administrative work and on-site support at company stores.
- Travel may include stores located in Lake Worth/Greenacres, Jupiter, Tamarac, and other company locations as business needs require.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally are required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
