Position Summary
As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be the first impression of our agency. Your primary responsibility is to build rapport with prospective customers, generate interest, and schedule appointments for our licensed insurance advisors.
This is a high-volume outbound calling position requiring consistent activity, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You'll receive ongoing coaching to master proven conversation techniques and objection handling. Top performers will have the opportunity to advance into a Licensed Insurance Agent position, where you'll receive licensing support and significantly increase your earning potential.
Daily Responsibilities
- Make 200–500 outbound calls each business day.
- Follow agency call scripts while developing a natural, conversational style.
- Build rapport with prospective customers within the first few seconds of every call.
- Overcome objections confidently and professionally.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our licensed insurance advisors.
- Accurately document every customer interaction in our CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
- Participate in daily coaching sessions and role-play exercises.
- Continuously improve your communication and sales skills.
- Represent our agency with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
