Patient Experience Coordinator

In this position you will be:
- The first impression of our office, being a warm first-point-of-contact for our patients as they come into the office.
- Our new patient champion! Welcoming new patients, and helping retention by creating/maintaining a long lasting "patient for life" experience.
- Managing/owning our patient intake flow.
- Managing our overall “patient experience” ensuring the environment and care of all patients daily are taken care of!
We are looking for someone ready to break into their "career" and enjoy the exciting and job-secure field of dental!

1. A self manager:
- Is able to thrive as a member of our admin team
- Is positive, upbeat and has a can do attitude
- Eager to learn, improve be better than yesterday
- Not afraid to ask questions, make mistakes, and try new systems
- Refrains from complaining to coworkers, participating in gossip, does not need to be babysat, no negativity (specific/strategic feedback welcome & encouraged)
- Can be counted on to lead out in a “gain” mindset in the office
2. All hands on deck team player:
- Communicate/collaborate with all team members
- Works with team and doctors to achieve monthly goals
- Willing and able to cross train and assist with “all-team duties” as needed such as:
- Answer phones/ tour new patients
- schedule and check out patients
- Make follow up patient calls
