About the Role
As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will drive operational excellence by fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring seamless production workflows. You will play a pivotal role in empowering your team to meet quality standards while championing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize overall facility efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Lead daily operations through active floor presence, facilitating fast-response meetings and ensuring clear communication of production goals.

Cultivate a high-morale work environment by coaching personnel, addressing performance needs, and supporting individual professional development plans.

Proactively analyze production schedules to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions before they impact output.

Drive quality and efficiency improvements by applying Lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodologies, and standard work practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage equipment performance, safety protocols, and resource allocation.

Maintain accurate records for time, attendance, and production metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Hire, mentor, and retain a diverse workforce, ensuring a safe, professional, and inclusive shop floor environment.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

2-3 years of proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Demonstrated ability to drive operational change and hold teams accountable for performance outcomes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Direct experience implementing Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
