Browe Construction Co. is seeking an EXPERIENCED Traffic Control Flagger who possesses a current Traffic Control Flagger Certification and valid drivers license with 3+ years of safe driving experience.

How you will contribute:
· Assist with set up, maintain and remove temporary work zones to include warning signs, traffic cones and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations
· Load and unload work zone equipment
· Execute flagging operations in work zones
· Drive company vehicle to and from job sites in a safe manner
· Read and comprehend Browe safety manual and employee handbook
· Wear and maintain proper PPE in accordance with Browe specific policy
· Reports to Field Supervisor
· Other duties as assigned
Who you are/what you will bring:
· 21 years of age or older with 3+ years of safe driving experience
· Valid driver’s license , possess and maintain a clean driving record
· Possess a current Traffic Control Flagger Certification with 2+ years of traffic control/flagging experience
· Great attitude
· Excellent communication skills
· Be physically capable to perform all flagging duties with the ability to stand/walk throughout your entire shift, repetitive hand and arm movement and ability to work without frequent breaks
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
· Consistently work in all weather conditions and tolerate varying climates of heat, cold and rain
· Have reliable transportation to and from work and sustainable communication to receive work schedule
