- Build a strong network of industry relationships, working with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, owners, and other construction professionals

Requirements of this Project Manager role:
- This role is remote eligible, allowing you to be based anywhere in the country
- ASHE CHC certification and job site travel required
- 5+ years’ project management experience on USACE, NAVFAC, DHA, VA, or other federal projects
- Renovation management experience in active hospitals, medical facilities, or mission-critical facilities
- Strong knowledge of federal contract administration, USACE EM 385-1-1 safety requirements, and federal CQC processes
- Experience managing MEP-intensive projects including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, controls, and preferably medical gas or other healthcare systems
- Experience managing multiple IDIQ/SATOC task orders and fast-paced schedules
- Degree in a construction related field or equivalent experience
