Job Overview
The OC in Oconto is looking for a dependable, friendly, and energetic bartender to join our team immediately. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to all guests.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Restock bar supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow all Wisconsin alcohol service laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
- Friendly personality with outstanding customer service skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Wisconsin Bartender License.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
Schedule
- Evening shifts
- Weekends
- Holidays and special events, as needed
