Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces.
- Support catering events or special meal services by preparing ingredients or serving as directed.
Skills
- Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations.
- Strong knife skills for efficient ingredient prep.
