What You'll Do
As an RN at Skyline Heights, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care.
- Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Communicate changes in condition and resident needs to providers, families, and the healthcare team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in PointClickCare.
- Provide direction, support, and clinical leadership to LPNs and CNAs.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, dietary, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide wound care, catheter care, infection prevention, and other nursing services as appropriate.
- Follow physician orders, care plans, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
- Help create a positive environment where residents and staff feel respected and supported.
What We're Looking For

- Current, active RN license.
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach.
- Dependable, professional, and accountable.
- Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and remain calm in changing situations.
- Ability to lead and support a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
