Work Schedule Expectations
- 3-5 clinical days per week
- part-time or full-time both options available
- 1-2 Saturdays per month as part of the regular schedule

Role Overview
As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient examinations and assessments, including review of medical and dental histories
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide general dentistry services such as restorative dentistry, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontic treatments
- Perform procedures including extractions, root canal therapy, and other clinical treatments with strong attention to detail and patient comfort
- Take and interpret dental radiographs for accurate diagnosis
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists using four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficient care
- Utilize dental software systems such as Oryx for scheduling, charting, and patient management
- Educate patients about oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Licensed or eligible for dental licensure in Massachusetts
- Strong foundation in general dentistry procedures
- Interest in comprehensive dentistry including crowns,dentures, Invisalign, implant restorations, extractions, and root canal therapy.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
