We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with product selection. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection and answering questions about our offerings.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling transactions and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display cases, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
- Learn about our various cuts of meat, preparation methods, and cooking recommendations to better assist customers.
- Collaborate with the butchering team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic understanding of retail math principles.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
