The Short Version
We clean residential apartments in Pullman. We need one reliable, independent cleaner who takes pride in their work. Pay is $20-$22/hr with a guaranteed minimum per job — no wasted trips. This starts as part-time but has real potential to grow into full-time as we scale. You work alone; we support you remotely.
A Typical Week
· Jobs scheduled in advance (no last-minute surprises).
· Each job is 1.5–4 hours in a Pullman apartment — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, living areas.
· After each job: snap the required before/after photos and send them in.
· You're done. No lengthy reports, no team meetings.
Pay & Terms
· $20-$22/hr — W-2, not 1099. Taxes withheld. Paid via Gusto. Starts at $20/hr, raise review at 90 days.
· Guaranteed minimum 1.5 hrs per job.
· 90-day raise review — rewarded for reliability and quality.
· Paid travel time between jobs.
· Open availability required — mornings, afternoons, and weekends. This is not a pick-your-hours role, but hours will grow as the business grows.
Requirements
· Own car and valid WA driver's license.
· Smartphone (communication + photo uploads).
· Genuine reliability -- clients trust us in their homes.
· Physical stamina: lifting up to 30 lbs, on your feet.
· Storage space for company-provided supplies (car trunk or bin at home)
Experience
Cleaning, housekeeping, custodial, or Airbnb turnover experience preferred. Clear standards and onboarding provided.
