- On-going auditing of foster parent files to ensure that all paperwork needed for licensure is present
- Foster parent support on an emergency basis
- Assist case manager of placement stabilization of current youth in care
- Assist with relative certification in accordance with the KIND Act.
- Review of referral packets for future placement and on-going review of agency referrals for immediate placement of youth in care with Rutledge Youth Foundation
- At the discretion of the Coordinator, perform initial licensing and/or monitoring of foster homes
- Assist the Coordinator in recruitment efforts
- Assist Coordinator with monthly foster parent meeting
- Assist case managers with securing respite as needed for foster parents
- Assist case managers with locating placement for youth that have placement disruption
- Assist Coordinator with newsletter, mailing, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by Coordinator
