Develop and manage the multi-year operating budgets and long-range financial forecasts for all outsourced aircraft engine maintenance programs.
Lead in-depth financial analysis for major outsourced engine maintenance events, including heavy shop visits, on-wing repairs, and life-limited part (LLP) replacements.
Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate the total cost of ownership for engine assets, including analyses of repair vs. replace scenarios and lease return conditions.
Provide financial oversight and analysis for our "Power-by-the-Hour" (PBTH) and other engine service agreements with major OEMs.
Perform detailed variance analysis of actual maintenance costs against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and presenting actionable insights to operational leaders.
Collaborate closely with leaders in Technical Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Fleet Planning to translate operational metrics (flight hours, cycles, performance degradation) into financial impacts.
Prepare and present compelling business cases for capital expenditure projects and cost-saving initiatives related to engine assets.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and serve as an internal consultant to the Technical Operations team on all financial matters.
