Required Qualifications:
- Valid Texas PT license in good standing
- At least 3+ years of experience, preferably in an adult outpatient setting
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with vestibular and post-concussion patients (preferred but not required)
- A positive, compassionate attitude and a commitment to patient care
- Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g., patient management software)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
- Willingness and curiosity to learn new skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient evaluations and provide hands-on care when needed
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage quality assurance, continuous improvement, and implement the latest treatment techniques
- Foster a supportive, collaborative environment for your team and patients
- Foster relationships with medical professionals and participate in community events
