Our property management company is seeking an energetic, outgoing, service-oriented individual to work in our fast-paced business as part of our property management team.
The position may include showing properties to prospective renters, processing applications, interviewing prospective tenants, reviewing and creating leasing paperwork, assisting residents, conducting property inspections, reviewing financial reports, and many other facets of the profession.
A current Montana driver's license and clean driving record are required. A company vehicle is provided for showing agents to use at work.
The ideal applicant must have a positive attitude, be organized, and know how to handle a wide variety of customer service-related .
Aptitude requirements include good typing skills, able to utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Website navigation, data entry, filing, multi-line phone systems, and email correspondence are required as well.
Normal working hours are between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
