Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

LogoWear Express is a family-owned decorated apparel company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, and branded merchandise. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support showroom sales, walk-in customers, phone inquiries, email requests, and outside sales support.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in the screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, print, or marketing industry who enjoys helping customers find the right products and managing projects from quote to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist showroom walk-in customers
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders
- Enter sales orders and production information into business management software
- Coordinate customer projects with production teams
- Follow up on quotes and open opportunities
- Assist outside sales representatives with customer support and order management
- Deliver exceptional customer service that generates repeat business and referrals
- Develop product knowledge of apparel, embroidery, screen printing, promotional products, and branded merchandise
- Ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction throughout the production process
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Experience in screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, printing, marketing, advertising, or related industries strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently after training
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency including CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, data entry, and file management

Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses/commissions
