Outpatient clinic seeking Part time PRN Physical Therapist to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who assesses, directs, supervises, evaluates and provides physical therapy services to patients.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist (PT) therapy program – New Grads Welcome!
- Current Illinois state licensure.
- Maintains current CPR Certification with recertification is at least 30 days prior to expiration.
- Communicates, consults and works cooperatively with other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation.
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
- Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.
- Record and document patient care services in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
